Production Facilities
Designed with working productions in mind, our studio provides the essential support spaces and amenities needed to keep your shoot moving efficiently from call time to wrap. The facility includes a dedicated hair & makeup room, costume & wardrobe room, production office, tables and chairs for cast and crew, air conditioning, private parking spaces, and a gated property for added privacy and production control.
For easy load-in and load-out, the parking lot provides direct access to the stage through a 10-foot-wide elephant door, allowing equipment carts, large set pieces, wardrobe, props, and production gear to move directly from your vehicles onto the stage.
For additional Grip & Electric needs, we partner with C Mount Rentals, making it easy to source specialized lighting, grip, and production equipment for your shoot.
Our goal is simple: arrive, unload, and roll cameras. With standing sets dressed and production facilities ready to go, your crew can spend less time on setup and logistics—and more time shooting.

Our dedicated Hair & Makeup Room is designed to keep talent comfortable and your team moving efficiently. The space features multiple HMU stations with pre-lit vanities, providing a ready-to-work setup for hair, makeup, and last looks throughout the shoot.

Our dedicated Wardrobe Room gives costume teams a comfortable, organized space to prep talent and manage wardrobe throughout the production. The room features two private changing rooms, a large full-length mirror, and multiple clothing racks for organizing costumes, fittings, and quick changes. We also offer a selection of wardrobe pieces available to rent on-site, giving productions convenient access to additional clothing options without having to source everything in advance.

Our dedicated Production Office gives producers, directors, and department heads a comfortable workspace to stay organized throughout the shoot. The room features a large work table, office chairs, whiteboard, and a TV with AirPlay, making it easy to review schedules, share reference material, hold production meetings, or monitor footage.

Our private gated parking lot offers 19 dedicated on-site parking spaces for cast, crew, and production vehicles. Additional on-site parking is available for a fee.
